How do I place an order?

Ordering is extremely simple:

1. browse within the vast catalog of the site;
2. insert the products of your interest inside the virtual cart by clicking on the button with the "I want it!" which is equivalent to "Add to cart";
3. once you have completed the selection of the items, press the button at the top marked with the symbol of a cart and the word "cart";
4. Accredited with your login information or register your account if you are a new customer;
5. Enter the shipping and payment details to complete your purchase.


Is it necessary to register to place an order?

On naturalmila.com it is essential to be registered in order to order. Registration is simple, fast and secure.

By registering you can know the news, access special and reserved offers and receive our communications in preview. You can also manage your account and shipping addresses, view your orders and your wishlist in an easy and immediate way.

At any time you can change your data, independently or with the help of our staff.

Is there a minimum order?

No! Indeed, Naturalmila has removed the minimum order. It is therefore not necessary to have to reach any expense threshold in order to conclude a purchase. You can even order only one product!


Within what happens when my order is processed?

Your every desire for beauty is an order! We have developed a logistics system that is able to pack and ship your order very quickly. The delivery time is approximately 3 working days from the order date. The same may be subject to variations due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by the authorities. Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed from the following Monday morning.


Confirmation of the order, modification or cancellation.

Your order is immediately processed and the shipment prepared in a very short time. For this reason, the modification of an order is only possible within 20 minutes after the registration of the order. To request the update of your order contact Customer Care.

Where are Naturalmila products produced?

Our beauty treatments are all designed and produced in our cosmetic laboratories in Turin (www.milacosmetic.com).


What are the guarantees on Naturalmila cosmetics?

Our production fulfills all the legal obligations required by the Ministry of Health and is certified as European GMP ISO22716 and therefore compliant with Italian and European cosmetic production standards.


Do Naturalmila products contain gluten?

Absolutely not.

In case of particular health conditions such as allergies or intolerances it is always advisable to consult your doctor, checking with him if all the ingredients of the products he wishes to use are suitable for his specific case.


Qual è la politica di Naturalmila in merito ai test su animali?

Naturalmila non ha mai effettuato né commissionato a terzi test su animali. I test per la dermocompatibilità dei nostri cosmetici vengono effettuati sotto controllo medico esclusivamente su volontari umani e non su animali.


Sono vegano/a, posso utilizzare tutti vostri cosmetici?

Tutti i nostri prodotti sono vegetariani: non contengono ingredienti animali di alcun tipo.


I vostri prodotti possono essere utilizzati anche in caso di dermatiti o particolari patologie?

Per quanto i nostri prodotti siano privi di parabeni e allergeni, e proprio per questo generalmente ben tollerati anche dalla pelle sensibile, in caso di particolari condizioni di salute quali allergie, intolleranze o altre patologie è sempre consigliabile consultare il proprio medico. Il nostro suggerimento è di verificare con lui se tutti gli ingredienti dei prodotti che si desidera utilizzate sono adatti al proprio caso specifico. Tutti gli ingredienti dei nostri cosmetici sono comodamente consultabili online nella scheda prodotto di ciascun articolo oltre che riportati sulle confezioni.

Tutte le modalità di spedizione utilizzate per la trasmissione degli nostri ordini sono tracciabili online. Ti è quindi possibile conoscere autonomamente ed in qualsiasi momento lo stato di avanzamento della spedizione, dove si trova il pacco e per quando è stimata la consegna. Le informazioni circa la tracciatura online sono trasmesse via email.
