Corriere Espresso BRT (shipments to Italy)

The shipments in Italy are entrusted to BRT, leading courier in Italy. Delivery times are approximately one business day from the date of evasion from our warehouses for most locations. The islands, the smaller towns and destinations that are particularly distant from our headquarters take two working days to be reached. Transport with Corriere Espresso is always offered at below-cost rates.

Is there a minimum order?
No.

How do I receive Naturalmila products?
You will receive the products ordered inside the packages in our courier, reinforced and closed by a strong adhesive tape.

When does the courier deliver?
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during normal business hours, excluding national and local holidays. When ordering, it is still possible to enter a note to indicate to the courier any preferred times for delivery.

Can I track my shipment online?
When the order is delivered to the express courier, you will receive a detailed communication via e-mail about shipping, delivery and how to track the same online to better organize.

And if I were absent during the delivery?
In the absence of the recipient, delivery is normally attempted on the following business day. In the event that the delivery is not successful at the second attempt, the material is placed in storage at the local branch and must be picked up personally by the recipient within 5 days. Can I receive products in a country that is not part of the European Union?
We are sorry but at the moment there are no shipments destined to countries outside the European Community, such as Switzerland, Norway, Turkey etc.
